Returns
ClearanceRugs.com stands behind every
product we sell. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your
purchase, return it within 30 days and we will exchange it or refund the
purchase price, whichever you prefer. You are responsible for the cost of
return shipping. We recommend that rugs be sent back to us via UPS, FedEx
Ground or other carrier thast can track and insure its packages. Make sure to
call or e-mail us with the tracking number so that we can track the package for
you and issue credit immediately upon arrival. It may take up to 72 business
hours for a credit to appear or 7-10 day to receive a refund check.
Please be sure to completely wrap your
returns in the original packaging or equivalent. DO NOT apply tape to any
surface of the rug. DO NOT fold the rug.
Personalized and custom-made items are
non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will
happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered. Rugs pads that have been
cut or trimmed may not be returned. We do not accept rugs that have been
damaged or soiled. No refunds after 30 days.
IMPORTANT: BEFORE RETURNING A RUG PLEASE
CALL OR E-MAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#). MAKE
SURE TO AFFIX THE RA# TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. RUGS RETURNED WITHOUT A
RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER OR MORE THAN 15 DAYS AFTER THE RA# WAS ISSUED MAY
INCUR A 20% SERVICE FEE. Contact Customer Service by phone toll free at
