At ClearanceRugs.com, we're committed to making sure
you always receive the best value on every purchase you make. We offer final
liquidation prices on every item every day. However, if you do find a lower
price on any item we carry from a local competitor, an online store or a
catalog, please bring it to our attention. We will meet or beat that price to
guarantee you never pay more than you should for a top-quality area rug.
Full One-Year Manufacturer's Warranty
The manufacturer of every rug available
at ClearanceRugs.com warrants its products against defects in workmanship for
one year from the date of original purchase. The manufacturer will repair or
replace, at its discretion, the rug without charge. To register a warranty
claim, please contact our Customer Service Department by calling toll free
888-FOR-RUGS (888-367-7847). Proof of original purchase is required. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights,
which vary from state to state. A suitable rug pad must be used under all rugs
for this warranty to apply. All goods purchased as mill seconds and/or on an
"as is" basis will not be considered for adjustment and claims.
Risk-Free 30-Day In-Home Trial
ClearanceRugs.com stands behind every
product we sell. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your
purchase, return it within 30 days and we will exchange it or refund the
purchase price, whichever you prefer. You are responsible for the cost of
return shipping. We recommend that rugs be sent back to us via UPS, FedEx
Ground or other carrier that can track and insure its packages. Make sure to
call or e-mail us with the tracking number so that we can track the package for
you and issue credit immediately upon arrival. Personalized and custom-made
items are non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in which case we
will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered. Rugs pads that have
been cut or trimmed may not be returned. We do not accept rugs that have been
damaged or soiled. No refunds after 30 days.
IMPORTANT: BEFORE RETURNING A RUG PLEASE
CALL OR E-MAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#). MAKE
SURE TO AFFIX THE RA# TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. RUGS RETURNED WITHOUT A
RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER OR MORE THAN 15 DAYS AFTER THE RA# WAS ISSUED MAY
INCUR A 20% SERVICE FEE.
